`locale`	`string`	Yes	Readonly. The active locale selected by the host's request policy.
`timeZone`	`string`	No	Use the same IANA time zone on the server and client for hydration.
`onMissing`	`(info: MissingMessageInfo) => void`	No	Observes a missing dependency. Rendering still throws after this hook.
`onError`	`(info: MessageFormatErrorInfo) => void`	No	Observes execution failures. Rendering still throws after this hook.
